Minimum Order Value
Our minimum order value is £30 although we will supply below this order value for extras to a previous order placed with Direct Source (U.K.) Ltd.
Payment
Please note we do not take any payment until we have received your order/enquiry and our sales staff have checked the details of your enquiry. We will confirm all costs and details of your order before we take payment by card with our accounts department by telephone.
All cheque payments made to Direct Source (U.K.) Ltd.
Public Sector
Public Sector organisations are able to pay on invoice only when an official Purchase Order has been raised and forwarded to Direct Source (UK) Ltd or by fax (029) 20811789
Ordering
You are able to use our online quoting system by adding the products to your basket. Discounts will be calculated by either quantity or value of goods purchased. Prior to submitting your order/enquiry you will need to set up an account. On receipt of your order/enquiry we will contact you within 4 working hours (week days only) with confirmation and a detailed quotation of your order.
Engraving For Trophies with Engraving Plates
Charges for engraved plates for trophies and awards are 2p per letter with a minimum charge of 40p per plate. Minimum charge per order for engraving £2.50
Engraving direct onto Glass, Medals, Shields, Tankards, Salvers and Silver Premium Cups will be quoted on receipt of your enquiry
Please note we will not take responsibility for any engraving errors input by customers using our website. We will forward you a proof of your order including engraving details and customisations for your approval. Once confirmed, this will be deemed as your acceptance.
Set Up Costs
Products with your logo will incur Setup Costs for artwork and origination for your 1st. Order only and these costs will not be charged on repeat orders.

Delivery
Our standard delivery is 5-7 working days from the date we receive the order. We offer an express service which, subject to stock, can be dispatched within 2-4 working days depending on the date the order is required. We will advise customers if any product is out of stock.
If you have any other delivery requirements please ask. You are also able to collect from our Cardiff warehouse by arrangement.
U.K. Lowest Price Match

All our customer information is kept confidential. We do not sell or share customer details with other companies, which means you will not receive unwanted mail from other sources as a result of purchasing through our Company. Product Guarantee
We guarantee to exchange any goods damaged in transit providing that you have signed for damaged caused to packaging during transit. We regret we cannot exchange any goods for any reason other than damage.
